New Strategies for Anti-Corrosion Coatings Using Nanomaterial Electrodeposition Technology
The project aims to investigate anti-corrosion coatings based on the barrier/hydrophobicity mechanism by depositing nanomaterials using electrodeposition technology assisted by ultrasound. In the project, three innovative types of coatings with a high anti-corrosive cost-effectiveness ratio are evaluated and validated in a laboratory environment . These coatings are designed to be long-lasting, easy to implement in industrial settings, and have a low environmental impact.
Project co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund through the ERDF Operational Programme 2014-2020 of Cantabria through the INNOVA 2022 grant line.
